Equipment configuration: Gasoline and diesel generator assembly lines are differentiated with conveying and processing equipment based on product characteristics. Gasoline generators are small in size and light in weight, and use flexible plate chain lines for transportation. The plate chain line runs smoothly and can flexibly adjust the conveying speed to adapt to different assembly rhythms. Its material is wear-resistant and has smooth surface, which can effectively protect the generator shell from being scratched; in the parts processing process, precision CNC lathes, high-precision punching machines and other equipment work together. CNC lathes accurately cut key components such as crankshafts and pistons, and stamping machines efficiently form sheet metal parts such as casings to ensure the accuracy and quality of the parts. The diesel generator has high power and heavy body, and the assembly line uses a combination of double-speed chain and heavy-duty roller line for transportation. Double-speed chains can realize asynchronous transportation between different stations, which facilitates adjustment of process beats and adapts to complex assembly processes; heavy-duty roller lines ensure stable transmission of large diesel generators during assembly and testing with their strong carrying capacity. In addition, the production line is also equipped with large-scale hydraulic presses, intelligent lifting robots and other equipment. The hydraulic presses are used for forming and correcting large components such as cylinder blocks, and the lifting robots are responsible for accurate lifting and installation of engine components, greatly improving assembly efficiency and safety.
